My name is Chelsea, I've worked downtown at small businesses for over 10 years. I've loved watching Troy grow into the thriving hometown it is today, and when I was given the opportunity to purchase this shop a few years ago, I jumped at the chance! The Olive Oasis brings us so much joy. We love all of our customers and being able to supply Troy with quality, fresh products. 

Along with running a small business, we are also organic dairy farmers. So, if you don't see me in the shop, I'm probably out baling hay or milking cows...
