My name is Chelsea, I've worked downtown at small businesses for over 15 years. I've loved watching Troy grow into the thriving hometown it is today. When I was given the opportunity to purchase this shop in 2018 I jumped at the chance! The Olive Oasis brings us so much joy. We love this community, our customers, and being able to supply Troy with quality, fresh products.

Along with running a small business we are also full time dairy farmers. So if you don't see me in the shop I'm probably out hauling hay, or bringing food to the fields.  My husband Eddie does all the hard work, I join for the fun jobs like driving the tractors, rounding up cows, petting calves... our boys enjoy 'helping' also!
